Juri Tamura

Partner (Tokyo)

Having pursued her studies at the University of Hong Kong, where she earned a Master of International and Public Affairs (MIPA), Juri Tamura has cultivated a deep understanding of international relations and governance through her academic focus on politics and public administration. Her academic journey traces back to her undergraduate studies at Kansai Gaidai University, where she undertook exchange programs in Canada and the United States, honing her language skills and international perspective within immersive cross-cultural environments. This dual educational foundation has equipped her with both practical communication skills and theoretical insight into international relations and cultural exchange.

Juri has since built professional experience spanning both human resources and talent development, as well as international relations advisory work.

She currently serves as the Japan Ambassador for the HKU MIPA program, building networks with universities and government institutions while organizing and hosting education fairs and symposiums in Japanese, English, and Mandarin — fostering dialogue that bridges cultural and linguistic boundaries. She's passionate about international education and committed to strengthening academic relations between Hong Kong and Japan.
