Jennifer has over two decades of wide-range experience in private client advisory services, business strategies, management, and global residency and citizenship planning. Her expertise spans across key markets, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. 

She is an entrepreneur at heart, a seasoned speaker at international conferences, and she actively engages in professional communities. Besides serving as Managing Partner of Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide (FEW) - Japan, she is the Fellow of the Investment Migration Council (IMC) and serves as IMC Field Officer for Hong Kong.

Prior to founding ECIS Advisory, Jennifer held several senior leadership positions within multinational corporations, where she effectively led market entry and business expansions across North Asia by establishing regional offices, fostering strategic partnerships, and deploying tailored business strategies aligned with local market dynamics. By integrating localized engagement with profound regional insights, her holistic approach enabled the organizations to capitalize on emerging opportunities in fast-growing Asian markets, particularly within the wealth management and investment migration sectors. This strategic framework facilitated sustainable growth, enhanced sales and revenue, expanded market presence and influence, and increased market share throughout the region.
