As the Founder & CEO of Normsun, a reputable CPA firm with over 20-year track record and also a Hong Kong member firm of Allinial Global Association, he has successfully assisted over 1,000 domestic and overseas companies in establishing their presence in Hong Kong and other overseas jurisdiction.

With his invaluable experience in supporting companies to expand into the Vietnam market, he has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape. Tim is currently running his own CPA firm, Normsun, which is a renowned provider of one-stop professional services in Hong Kong. With a strong presence in its Hong Kong head office established for over 20 years, Normsun offers a wide range of tailored services, including company formation, company secretarial, accounting, auditing, taxation, payroll outsourcing, corporate advisory, etc., to support businesses in their inbound and outbound ventures.

He has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting industry, and is also active in serving the alma mater and the communities, having served as the Director & Treasurer for HKU Graduates Association for over 10 years, the ASEAN Development Director and Director (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Chapter) of Global Business Exchange (“GBX”), the Treasurer of Asia America Multi-Technology Association (“AAMA”) – Greater Bay Area Chapter, the Committee Member of Asia CEO Community – Greater Bay China Chapter and Vietnam Chapter, Chairman (Zhongshan Chapter) of Association of Great Bay Accountants, and the Selection Committee of Asia Technology Entrepreneurship Conference (“ATEC”).
