Currently a Teaching Fellow at Schwarzman College Tsinghua University, a Co-founder and Director of the Good City Foundation, a Director and Chief Executive of the Future City Summit, and a Founding President and Chairperson of the Board of the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme Scholars Association.

 

A Schwarzman Scholar, China Resources Fellow, and Hong Kong Scholar, he holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology (Social and Clinical Psychology) from Christ Church University of Oxford, a Master of Management in Global Affairs from Schwarzman College Tsinghua University, an MPhil. in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong, an MA in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

 

He serves as a Co-opted Director of the Hong Kong University Graduate Association and a member of the District Youth Development and Civic Education Committee (Wong Tai Sin District).

Established in 2012 by Prof. Luk Yan Lung Michael, the Institute for Greater China Studies (IGCS) has been quietly contributing to the field of scholarly research for approximately 12 years. The IGCS is dedicated to studying a wide range of political, social, economic, cultural, and public policy issues, with a special emphasis on the Greater China region, an important and continually evolving area of study in the contemporary world.
