Supported St. Gallen Symposium HK-GBA Forum: Sustainable Future & Responsible Innovation



APAC Focus was pleasure to support the support the Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area Chapter of the renowned St. Gallen Symposium, an international conference celebrated for fostering intergenerational dialogue and hosting debates on pivotal economic, political, and social developments.


The Hong Kong Chapter Symposium, themed "Sustainable Future & Responsible Innovation," is hosted by the St. Gallen Symposium Hong Kong & Greater Bay Alumni Chapter at #CUHK Yasumoto International Academic Park and strategically supported by The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong on Saturday, 9 November 2024, from 14:00 to 18:00.

It brought together 200+ passionate participants, including students, alumni, investors, corporate leaders, and researchers. Through 3 engaging panel sessions and 4 insightful keynotes, we explored the vital intersections of sustainability and technology. The Forum was filled with inspiring ideas. Key takeaways underscored the importance of embracing change through continuous learning, as only those who has adapt will thrive in today’s technology-driven landscape. It is essential to involve diverse stakeholders in the design process to embed sustainability and responsibility into innovations. Additionally, companies must integrate sustainability into their core operations to meet evolving consumer expectations and fulfill their ESG commitments. Collaborations across sectors can further enhance sustainability initiatives, enabling organizations to pool diverse resources and expertise for a greater impact.
